Digital products

Because our planners and trackers are delivered instantly as downloadable files, all sales are generally final once the download link has been accessed. This helps protect the value of our work as independent creators.

When a refund may apply

We will offer a refund or replacement file if a Product is genuinely faulty, fails to open as described in our Installation & User Guide, or was purchased in error and has not yet been downloaded. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email our support team through the Contact & Support page with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
