Setting up your interactive HTML planner.
No installation software is required. Your planner is a set of HTML files that open directly in your web browser.
1. Download your files
After checkout, you will receive a download link on the order confirmation screen and by email. Save the folder somewhere easy to find, such as your Desktop or a dedicated “Planners” folder.
2. Unzip the folder
Your download arrives as a compressed .zip file. On Windows, right-click and choose “Extract All.” On macOS, double-click the file to unzip it automatically.
3. Open the planner
Inside the extracted folder, double-click the main .html file (usually named index.html or the planner’s name). It will open in your default web browser, ready to use.
4. Bookmark it for daily use
For the fastest access, bookmark the open file in your browser, or drag the .html file to your desktop or taskbar as a shortcut.
Compatibility
Digital Planner Lab planners are tested in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox on Windows, macOS, iPadOS, and Android. Since the planner is a local file, an internet connection is only required for the initial download.
